What is the festival date?
Shhh! It's currently a secret, we'll let you know soon.
When do the festival gates open?
The gates to the festival ground will open at midday. Last entry time will be 6pm.
Is there parking at this event?
Good question! There is limited parking within the event venue. We are planning to work with a near by business to provide additional car parking service.
Is there lifeguards of duty?
Absolutely! There are plenty of lifeguards on duty at this event. We are also providing a Paramedic led medical team to provide healthcare services within the venue.
Can we buy tickets at the door?
You can, but we wouldn't recommend it! To buy tickets at the venue, you might be disappointment if were at maximum capacity.
Where is the nearest cash point?
The nearest ATM is Fosters Off Licence, 28 Fosters Ave, Broadstairs CT10 3HJ. (1.5 miles away)

Can we bring chairs or blankets?
Yes! Fold away chairs and blankets will be ideal to take to this event. Please note that to access the event, you may need to walk down stairs.
Can we bring tents or gazebos?
Unfortunately not. Due to the limited space, and for the safety of others, gazebos and tents are not allowed on the venue grounds.
How can I get there?
No direct bus route, nearest route is the Route 38 from Birchington to Kingsgate and is a 20 minute walk to nearest bus stop at Kingsgate.
Broadstairs is the nearest railway station and is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.
Campervan parking available. (subject to pre booking only)

Fancy dress at the beach?
Yes! Why not? It's a Tropicana themed event, so why not pick out your best (or worst) Hawaiian shirt.
Can animals come?
Registered guide dogs are welcome. No other animals are allowed, we wouldn't want to upset them anyway! There's a lot of loud music!
